Parallax Venture Fund XXX ("PV Fund") had an interest in more than 20% of the issued share capital of Dornier Profits Limited ("Dornier") which has a 13.62% interest in the Listed Issuer and PV Fund was deemed to be interested in the shares of the Listed Issuer ("Shares") in which Dornier has an interest. Parallax Capital Management Pte Ltd ("PCM") has an interest in more than 50% of the voting share capital of PV Fund and was deemed to be interested in the Shares in which Dornier has an interest. Eugene Cho Park and Edan Cho Park hold the entire issued share capital of PCM and were deemed to be interested in the Shares in which Dornier has an interest. The above shareholding percentages are computed based on 4,824,965,112 Shares as at 8 January 2014. Any discrepancies in the percentages listed and the totals thereof are due to rounding. Purchase of 63,000,000 shares in the capital of the Company by Dornier Profits Limited ("Dornier"). Edan Cho Park's interest in the issued shares of the Company arises through Parallax Capital Management Pte Ltd ("PCM"). PCM holds 100% voting share capital of Parallax Venture Fund XXX which in turn holds more than 20% of the share capital of Dornier. Accordingly, Edan Cho Park is deemed to be interested in the shares of the Company in which Dornier has an interest. The percentage level is calculated based on the total issued share capital of 2,412,482,556 ordinary shares as at 21 January 2009 and rounded to two decimal places.
