The amount of consideration under Part II, Item 4 is as follows: -
1,000,000 Shares were transferred from Parallax Venture Partners XXX Ltd to Dornier at a consideration of S$0.68 per Share. The balance of the Shares which are the subject of this Notice were not directly transferred, and as such an amount of consideration per Share cannot be attributed thereto.
