Restructuring involving companies in the Salim group, pursuant to which Parallax Venture Partners XXX Ltd ("PVP") shall acquire or has acquired shares in the Company representing 19.38% of the Company's total issued capital.
Man Yip's related corporation, Success Medal International Limited and Salim & VAN (Shanghai) Investment Ltd, hold more than 20% of the capital of Salim Wanye (Shanghai) Enterprises Co., Ltd, which in turn has an interest in 100% of PVP's capital. Accordingly, Man Yip is deemed to be interested in the said shares of the Company in which PVP is interested. |
