Purchase of 63,000,000 shares in the capital of the Company by Dornier Profits Limited ("Dornier").

Edan Cho Park's interest in the issued shares of the Company arises through Parallax Capital Management Pte Ltd ("PCM"). PCM holds 100% voting share capital of Parallax Venture Fund XXX which in turn holds more than 20% of the share capital of Dornier.

Accordingly, Edan Cho Park is deemed to be interested in the shares of the Company in which Dornier has an interest.
