Purchase of 63,000,000 shares in the capital of the Company by Dornier Profits Limited ("Dornier").
Eugene Cho Park's interest in the issued shares of the Company arises through Parallax Capital Management Pte Ltd ("PCM"). PCM holds 100% of the voting share capital of Parallax Venture Fund XXX which in turn holds more than 20% of the share capital of Dornier.
Accordingly, Eugene Cho Park is deemed to be interested in the shares of the Company in which Dornier has an interest. |
