Purchase of 63,000,000 shares in the capital of the Company by Dornier Profits Limited ("Dornier").
PCM holds 100% of the voting share capital of Parallax Venture Fund XXX which in turn holds more than 20% of the share capital of Dornier. Accordingly, PCM is deemed to be interested in the shares of the Company in which Dornier has an interest. |
