Restructuring involving companies in the Salim group and certain shareholders of such companies pursuant to which Dornier Profits Limited ("Dornier") has become an intermediate holding company in respect of 21.02% of the issued shares of the Company owned by PT Herwido Rintis, and Dornier acquired 0.04% of the issued shares of the Company. PVF holds more than 20% of the share capital of Dornier and has an interest in issued shares of the Company in which Dornier has an interest.
Dornier has ceased to be an intermediate holding company in respect of shares of the Company owned by Parallax Venture Partners XXX Ltd. |
