Restructuring involving companies in the Salim group, pursuant to which:

(i) Dornier Profits shall acquire or has acquired shares representing 1.64% of the Company's total issued capital from PT Herwido Rintis;

(ii) Dornier Profits shall transfer or procure the transfer (or has transferred or procured the transfer) of shares in the Company representing 19.38% of the Company's total issued capital to Parallax Venture Partners XXX Ltd ("PVP"); and

(iii) Dornier Profits has agreed to acquire shares in the Company representing 19.38% of the Company's total issued capital from PVP.
