    The issuance of 2,059,372 new ordinary shares by Gallant Venture Ltd. (the "Company") in respect of the acquisition of shares in PT Suakajaya Indowahana on 28 August 2007. This resulted in the increase in the issued share capital of the Company from 2,410,423,184 shares to 2,412,482,556 shares.

    SembCorp Industries Ltd holds 100% of SembCorp Parks Holdings Ltd's shares and is deemed to be interested in the shares of the Company held by SembCorp Parks Holdings Ltd.
