    The issuance of 2,059,372 new ordinary shares by Gallant Venture Ltd. (the "Company") in respect of the acquisition of shares in PT Suakajaya Indowahana on 28 August 2007. This resulted in the increase in the issued share capital of the Company from 2,410,423,184 shares to 2,412,482,556 shares.

    PT Dornier Indonesia holds more than 50% of the share capital of PT Gadingpratama Mandiri, which in turn holds more than 50% of the share capital of PT Herwido Rintis ("PT HR"). Accordingly, PT Dornier Indonesia is deemed to be interested in the Gallant Shares held by PT HR.
