    Acquisition of a deemed interest as a result of the following:-

    (1) the issue of 647,057,166 shares to SembCorp Parks Holdings Ltd, a subsidiary of SembCorp Industries Limited which is in turn a subsidiary of Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited ("Temasek");

    (2) the issue of 247,000 shares (of which Credit Agricole Asset Management Singapore Limited is registered holder) to Singapore Technologies Marine Limited, a subsidiary of Singapore Technologies Engineering Limited ("STE"). STE is a subsidiary of Temasek;

    (3) the issue of 737,000 shares (of which United Overseas Bank Nominees (Private) Limited is registered holder) to VisionTech Investment Pte Ltd, an indirect subsidiary of STE;

    (4) the issue of 1,097,000 shares to DBS Asset Management (United States) Pte Ltd ("DBSAM (US)") as manager of various client mandates on a discretionary basis. DBSAM (US) is a subsidiary of DBS Group Holdings Ltd ("DBSH"), in which Temasek owns directly and indirectly approximately 28%; and

    (5) the issue of 1,403,000 shares to DBS Asset Management Ltd ("DBSAM") as manager of various client mandates on a discretionary basis. DBSAM is a subsidiary of DBSH.
