    Pursuant to an Assignment Agreement dated 31 March 2006, SembCorp Parks Holdings Ltd had on 24 April 2006 acquired 20,000,000 shares in the capital of the Company.

    Pursuant to an Option Agreement dated 31 March 2006, SembCorp Parks Holdings Ltd had on 24 April 2006 acquired 233,069,664 shares in the capital of the Company.

    Pursuant to a Sale and Purchase Agreement dated 31 March 2006, SembCorp Parks Holdings Ltd had on 24 April 2006 disposed off 84,000,000 shares in the capital of the Company.

    SembCorp Industries Ltd holds 100% of SembCorp Parks Holdings Ltd and is deemed to be interested in the shares of the Company held by SembCorp Parks Holdings Ltd.
