    Pursuant to a Sale and Purchase Agreement dated 31 March 2006 between Ascendas Investment Pte Ltd and the Company, Ascendas Investment Pte Ltd acquired 176,400,062 shares in the capital of the Company.

    Ascendas Pte Ltd, the holding company of Ascendas Investment Pte Ltd, is deemed to be interested in the 176,400,062 shares held by Ascendas Investment Pte Ltd in the capital of the Company.

    Jurong Town Corporation ("JTC") holds the entire issued share capital of Ascendas Pte Ltd. Accordingly, JTC is deemed to be interested in 176,400,062 shares held by Ascendas Investment Pte Ltd in the capital of the Company.
