PT Indomobil Sukses Internasional Tbk ("IMAS") Announcement On Considering Listing In Indonesia Stock Exchange

The Board of Director of Gallant Venture Ltd. wishes to announce that its listed subsidiary in the Indonesia Stock Exchange, IMAS has released an announcement relating to its subsidiary PT Indomobil Multi Jasa ("IMJ") which is considering listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and has filed a submission to obtain the preliminary approval.
