PT Indomobil Sukses Internasional Tbk ("IMAS") Announcement On Its Subsidiary PT Central Sole Agency ("PT CSA") - Establishment Of Joint Venture Companies

The Board of Directors of Gallant Venture Ltd. wishes to announce that its listed subsidiary in the Indonesia Stock Exchange, IMAS has released an announcement relating to one of its subsidiary PT Central Sole Agency ("PT CSA") has established two joint venture companies with The Furukawa Battery Co. Ltd, Jepang ("Furukawa").
