PT Indomobil Sukses Internasional Tbk ("IMAS") Announcement On Establishment Of A Joint Venture Company

The Board of Director of Gallant Venture Ltd. wishes to announce that its listed subsidiary in the Indonesia Stock Exchange, IMAS has released an announcement relating to its subsidiary PT Wahana Inti Selaras ("PT WISEL") has established a joint venture company with Lauw Lie In (Maria Kristina), named PT Indo Global Traktor ("PT IGT").
