Description	The Board of Director of Gallant Venture Ltd. wishes to announce that its listed subsidiary in the Indonesia Stock Exchange, IMAS has released an announcement relating to the issue of Corporate Guarantee by one of the IMAS shareholder, PT Tritunggal Intipermata ( TIP ) to guarantee the loan facility obtained by PT Hino Finance Indonesia which 35.84% of its shares are indirectly owned by IMAS.
