IMAS's Announcement On Its Subscription Of Additional Issued Shares In CSA

The Board of Directors of Gallant Venture Ltd. wishes to announce that its listed subsidiary in the Indonesia Stock Exchange, PT Indomobil Sukses Internasional Tbk ("IMAS"), has released an announcement relating to its subscription of additional issued shares in its subsidiary, PT Central Sole Agency ("CSA").
